Hi, I’m Bex!

Welcome to Cooking By Laptop! I’m a hardcore foodie, and I own a lot of cookbooks, but a few years ago, I noticed I was using the internet for inspiration more than my cookbooks, and CBL was born.

Here, we focus on vegetarian and vegan recipes, lots of treats, travel and donuts! So many donuts.

I’ve written two cookbooks:  Aquafabulous! 100+ Egg-Free, Vegan Recipes Using Aquafaba and Vegan Baking Made Easy: 60 Fool-Proof, Plant-Based Recipes.
