Jam Jar Cocktail or Mocktail

A simple, tasty, portable cocktail or mocktail, made in a jam jar so it's totally portable.

- ice
- 1-2 tsp jam Saltspring Kitchen Blueberry Basil
- 1-2 oz pomegranate juice PoJu
- sparkling water
- 1 1/2 oz gin (optional) Arbutus
- a few blueberries and basil leaves for garnish
Place the ice inside your jam jar.
Add the jam to the jar as well.
Add the pomegranate juice, and, if using, the gin.
Place the lid on and give it a good shake to combine.
Take the lid off, and fill to the top with sparkling water.
Garnish with blueberries and basil leaves and enjoy!
