Blueberry Basil Mojito Mocktail

A fun little mocktail that tastes great.

- 10 blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 lime
- 4-6 fresh basil leaves torn
- 1 oz Elderflower syrup
- bubbly water
- ice
In the bottom of a larger glass, place your blueberries, 1/4 of the lime, and the torn basil leaves.
Muddle all these together with a muddler or the wrong end of a wooden spoon.
Juice half of the lime into the mixture and then add the elderflower syrup. Stir this well.
Add ice to the glass.
Top up with as much of the bubbly water as you'd like (adding more will make it more dilute), and stir well. Garnish with leftover lime slices and enjoy!
