Pistachio Latte {Vegan}

A vegan version of the Starbucks Pistachio Latte, but made with Pistachio Butter.

Equipment

  • espresso maker moka pot, Nespresso, etc

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp pistachio butter
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 1 cup oat milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 2 oz espresso

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, place the pistachio butter, the sweetened condensed coconut milk and the oat milk, and whisk well together.
  • Heat over medium heat until just at the boil.
  • Pull two shots of espresso, and place in your cup.
  • Top with the pistachio milk mixture and enjoy!
