Pistachio Latte {Vegan}

A vegan version of the Starbucks Pistachio Latte, but made with Pistachio Butter.

- 1-2 tbsp pistachio butter
- 2 tbsp sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 1 cup oat milk or other non-dairy milk
- 2 oz espresso
In a small saucepan, place the pistachio butter, the sweetened condensed coconut milk and the oat milk, and whisk well together.
Heat over medium heat until just at the boil.
Pull two shots of espresso, and place in your cup.
Top with the pistachio milk mixture and enjoy!
