Blueberry Lavender Moscow Mule

A lovely cocktail with gut-friendly properties.

- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz blueberry lavender syrup (see above for this recipe)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz kombucha vinegar
- bubbly water to top
- lime slices & extra blueberries for garnish
Place the vodka, lime juice and blueberry syrup in a pretty glass, and stir well together.
Add ice and stir again.
Add kombucha vinegar and stir.
Now top the whole thing off with bubbly water, and garnish with extra lime slices and blueberries before serving.
