Having a moment in the sun right now is the Espresso Martini; equal parts "jack me up" and "good night."
- 1.5 oz espresso vodka
- 3/4 oz coffee liqueur Sheringham has a nice local one
- 1/2 oz strongly brewed coffee or espresso
- splash Silk Vanilla Coffee Creamer
- coffee beans for garnish
Fill your shaker about 1/2 or 2/3 of the way with ice.
Add all the ingredients to the shaker.
Shake well for about 30 to 45 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is frosted.
Strain into a coupe or martini glass, and garnish with whole coffee beans.
